We’re in the mall making final preparations to welcome you all to Teardown 2025. We hope you’re as excited as we are!
Teardown 2025 is held in the ex-GAP on the second floor of the Lloyd Center. We are one floor above the ice skating rink, opposite Gambit Games and Floating World Comics. We will have wayfinding signs at the major entrances to the mall. Security staff will also be able to point you in the right direction.
Pre-registration opens at noon on Thursday 19th June. There are no talks or workshops, but BlackHoodie will be hosting hack sessions, the maker and social areas will be open, and there is a trip to the vintageTEK museum and the Tektronix surplus store. On Thursday evening raise a glass with us at the Hardware Happy Hour meet up .
Registration opens at 9.30am on Friday 20th June. The mall fully opens at 10am, but the main south entrance on Multnomah Street will be open from 9.15am. This the closest entrance to the Hilton Double Tree and Holladay Park MAX light rail stops. Our welcome address will start at 10am and our first speaker, Cory Doctorow, will take the stage at 10.30am.
You can find your QR code ticket, along with workshop bookings and other preferences, in your user account. Please have your QR code ready to show the staff and volunteers on our registration desk.
Workshop bookings are live now! You can now head over to our schedule and book space on up to two workshops. You can also check out all the great talks, see what installations and demo tables you’ll be able to explore, and get excited for all the fun after parties and delicious local food.
